Description
This is Dragonball Cell vs Goku. I took the concept from an old Super Famicon game "Dragon Ball Z Super Butouden"[link]

Rather than copy directly from the cover, I put Cell in the front and Goku in the back instead. I also try to make it more dramatic with the lighting effect.
I use Painter and a little Photoshop. Didn't use any reference other than the game cover.
